There’s value in having systems that talk to each other. For student-athletes, it’s about clarity and communication — making sure expectations, compliance touchpoints, and team information are easy to access and consistent.

The Landmark Conference has announced a four-year Elite partnership with Teamworks, becoming among the first conferences within Division III to do so.
Aligning member institutions onto the platforms, Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting centralizes the recruiting and compliance workflows that athletic departments manage daily, while Hub serves as a single operational platform for team communication, scheduling, and student-athlete engagement. Together, they give Landmark programs the connected infrastructure to reduce administrative burden and keep staff focused on what matters most.
Supporting Member Institutions Where It Matters Most
The path to this partnership began at the campus level. Athletic Directors across the conference were navigating a common set of challenges: managing multiple disconnected systems, stretching lean staff across competing demands, and seeking more consistent communication with student-athletes.
“We were hearing consistent themes from our Athletic Directors around staff capacity and the growing complexity of managing multiple systems across recruiting, compliance, and internal communication,” said Katie Boldvich, Commissioner of the Landmark Conference. “At the Division III level, many of our staff are wearing multiple hats, so inefficiencies in those areas can add up quickly.”
As more institutions began exploring solutions independently, the conference saw an opportunity to centralize those conversations, creating a more accessible path forward for every program, regardless of size or resources. “There’s value in having systems that talk to each other,” Boldvich added. “For student-athletes, it’s about clarity and communication — making sure expectations, compliance touchpoints, and team information are easy to access and consistent.”
Why Teamworks
When evaluating technology partners, Landmark prioritized usability, integration, and realistic implementation for Division III staff. Real peer feedback played a meaningful role, with several institutions already on the platform before the conference-partnership conversation began, giving leadership direct insight into how it performed in practice.
“The opportunity to bring those pieces together under a group structure made it a more practical and scalable option for the conference as a whole,” Boldvich said. She also credited Teamworks’ Jessica Huntley for her role in the process. “She understood the Division III landscape and our group’s dynamics, and was incredibly patient as this evolved over time. That consistency made a difference in helping us ultimately get to a place that worked for our membership.”
What Success Looks Like Four Years From Now
For Boldvich, the measure of this partnership comes down to one question: do Landmark institutions feel like their day-to-day operations are more manageable because of it?
“If we can help reduce administrative strain, improve communication, and give staff more time to focus on the student-athlete experience, that’s a win,” she said. “It’s also important that this remains a sustainable solution — something that campuses feel comfortable using, supporting financially, and continuing beyond the term of the agreement. If we get to that point, then this will have been a worthwhile investment for our membership.”
