Headquartered in Belgium, Opteamal has been a trusted sports technology provider since 2022, specializing in athlete monitoring, performance data integration, and club workflow management across professional sport, with a particular focus on global football.
As Teamworks continues to build a fully integrated performance solution, welcoming Opteamal partners onto the platform strengthens its ability to centralize athlete information and replace the fragmented systems many football clubs still face. This transition will enable these organizations to grow into a single, connected system that supports every aspect of athlete performance, enabling departments to collaborate seamlessly and ensuring athletes have what they need to train, recover, and perform at their best.

Opteamal’s athlete management system is currently used by 75% of Belgium Pro League teams, along with several other football clubs across Europe and the UK. With this acquisition, 112 football teams across this region will now partner with Teamworks, including 100% of English Premier League clubs.
