A Unified System for Enhanced Efficiency
University of North Dakota’s decision to join Teamworks Elite was driven by three key factors:
- The athletic administration witnessed firsthand the positive impact of Teamworks Hub on the softball program, enhancing both the student-athlete experience and operational efficiency. This ultimately drove them to implement Teamworks department-wide.
- Expanding the use of these products department-wide ensured equity across the entire ecosystem, centralizing management, communication, and workload in one place.

Before implementing Teamworks, North Dakota faced several challenges, primarily in communication and workflow management. The use of multiple communication tools like WhatsApp, email, and text often led to miscommunication. The integration of multiple Teamworks products provides a streamlined solution, eliminating these issues and fostering a cohesive working environment.
