Gone are the days of rigid scholarship quotas. Now you can define scholarship budgets based on total dollars available, giving you the flexibility to distribute funds across teams exactly where they’re needed. For example, instead of being limited to a set number of scholarships for your football program, you can now work with a total budget (e.g., $2M) and allocate those funds more strategically across your roster.
Introducing Scholarship Packages
We’ve also streamlined the scholarship creation process with our new Scholarship Packages feature. No more juggling multiple spreadsheets across departments! Your financial aid and compliance administrators can now:
- Create an unlimited number of predefined packages within General Manager
- Customize packages with specific allocations for tuition, books, room and board, and other expenses
- Develop specialized packages (e.g., In-State, Off-Campus Graduate) that precisely match your institution’s offerings
This system ensures consistency while giving coaches and GMs easy access to approved package options when building their budgets.
