The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) has announced a landmark partnership with Teamworks, marking the largest conference-wide adoption of Teamworks technology across the NCAA to date and the 7th conference-wide partnership in Division II. Through this agreement, all 18 PSAC member institutions will implement Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting, a platform purpose-built to simplify NCAA compliance operations, enhance data accuracy, and unify recruiting processes across the conference.
This strategic initiative reinforces PSAC’s reputation as a leader in NCAA Division II and underscores its commitment to operational efficiency, transparency, and student-athlete success.
“For years, most of our institutions have used Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting,” said Carlin Chesick, Senior Associate Commissioner and Senior Woman Administrator for the PSAC. “Formalizing this partnership ensures that all 18 members have access to consistent, reliable tools that support our shared culture of compliance and operational excellence.”

As one of the largest and most competitive conferences in Division II, the PSAC represents a diverse group of public and private institutions, each with its own operational structure and resources. The adoption of Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting provides every athletic department with a shared foundation for managing eligibility, recruiting, and NCAA reporting.
The centralized system reduces administrative redundancies and promotes collaboration between athletic departments and campus partners such as admissions, financial aid, and the registrar’s office, allowing compliance teams to work more efficiently and effectively across the board.
Enhancing Efficiency and Transparency in Compliance Operations
For many PSAC athletic departments, compliance management has historically required time-intensive, manual processes. With the introduction of Teamworks’ digital platform, institutions are now streamlining everything from form submissions and scholarship renewals to CARA logs and eligibility tracking, all in one accessible online system.
