With varying needs for each sport and indeed athlete, Team Netherlands uses Teamworks AMS as their central EMR for all sports. When mandatory medical examinations are required, AMS facilitates questionnaires, and appointments with doctors who work alongside Teamworks to access all important data from those athletes partaking in major events like the Olympics. Having one system to track questionnaires, well-being elements, and new datasets from mandatory medical examinations keeps everything in an easy-to-access safe space where staff can pull from as and when needed as they prepare for Paris 2024.
