Miles Gallagher, an established Senior Administrator within the DII collegiate landscape, joins Teamworks to lead the strategic expansion within DII/DIII. As a former student-athlete at Millersville University, Miles brings valuable insights into how student-athletes operate in their day-to-day. More recently, Miles brings leadership experience as a graduate assistant, coach, and most notably, the Director of Athletics at his alma mater.
Since leading Millervilles Athletic Department for the last 8 years, Miles managed 19 intercollegiate sports programs, more than 450 student-athletes, and over 60 staff members and coaches. With a desire to enhance the efficiency of coaches and staff, Miles turned to technology to help scale their operations. In 2017, Miles led Millersville to a successful partnership with ARMS (under Teamworks) to streamline their compliance needs.

Based on the success and impact he saw with ARMS at Millersville, Miles decided to take a leap and join the Teamworks management team to support, inspire, and onboard other DII/DIII colleges looking to leverage technology to enhance efficiencies for administrators and student-athletes. His mission is clear use his experience, relationships, and knowledge of the industry to provide unparalleled support to those organizations that need it most.
