Pulse Case Management

Teamworks Pulse, a centralized solution to help elite sports organizations create a safe environment for athletes and mobilize action, recently added new Case Management features. Based on customer feedback, these updates are designed to significantly streamline your workflow, increase visibility into athlete issues, and align your internal team.

“We’re excited to get the new Case management features into the hands of our customers. With these, and the existing integrations between Pulse, Hub, Academics, and Pathways, staff truly has one place for everything needed to support their athletes.”

Kevin Collignon, Director, Product, at Teamworks

New Access Levels + Notifications

With expanded access levels, administrators can configure rules to ensure privacy while notifying the necessary staff members and providing them access to applicable notes.

Enhanced Note Management Experience

Each Case Note allows users to provide further updates, share and export notes, and automatically log activity.

Flexible Creation Workflow

Now, you can create a new Case Note directly from an athlete’s profile or from the comprehensive table view.
