Meet the Team Behind C&R

October 2, 2026 · Read Time: 3 mins

Software doesn't run a compliance office. People do. Behind our Compliance & Recruiting product is a team that has spent years inside campus compliance offices themselves, reading the same bylaws, running the same rules education sessions, and clearing the same athletes our customers clear every day.

Let's meet the team!

Brooke McQueen, Senior Manager, Product Success

McQueen brings seven years of experience working in Division I compliance offices, followed by two years and four months at Teamworks. She holds two degrees in sport management, including an executive master’s in sport business, and played Division I lacrosse. Having worked in the compliance offices at USC, Temple, and UTSA and used the product herself before joining Teamworks. She brings both firsthand practitioner experience and deep product knowledge to her role.

Aaron Holmes, Manager, Product Success

Holmes brings the team’s longest Teamworks tenure at over four years, backed by five years of campus compliance experience at Kansas and Texas Tech. He also holds a JD, a background reflected in the legal precision and perspective he brings to interpreting bylaws.

Camille Everett, Senior Product Success Manager

*Legacy ARMS teammate

Everett brings 12 years of NCAA compliance and compliance-technology experience, beginning with four years on campus at Fordham and UCF (where she also was a Division I rower). Her extensive tenure at ARMS Software gave her deep expertise in both the platform and the real-world needs of compliance professionals before she transitioned to Teamworks through the April 2023 acquisition.

Callie Keefe, Senior Product Success Manager

Keefe brings over six years of compliance experience at Sacramento State and Azusa Pacific, followed by two plus years at Teamworks. She holds a master’s degree in leadership and policy and, like the rest of the team, managed compliance operations using the same platform our customers rely on today.

Connor Jones, Senior Product Success Manager

*Legacy ARMS teammate

Jones is the only member of the team whose career has been entirely product-side. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he joined ARMS Software in 2019 and transitioned to Teamworks through the 2023 acquisition. He has now spent over three at Teamworks, bringing years of continuous platform knowledge and a uniquely deep understanding of the product’s evolution.

Katie O’Brien, Product Success Manager

O’Brien joined Teamworks in 2024 as a member of the Support team, where she has developed firsthand product expertise while helping customers troubleshoot issues and navigate the platform.

Rafer Sprouse, Product Success Manager

*Legacy ARMS teammate

Sprouse brings nearly seven years of continuous product experience, beginning with ARMS Software in 2019 and continuing with Teamworks through the 2023 acquisition. A VCU graduate, he has served on the Teamworks Support team since the acquisition, bringing deep product knowledge and years of firsthand experience helping customers navigate the platform.

Shannon Raymond, Product Success Manager

Raymond brings five years of campus experience across Northampton Community College, Fordham, Bucknell, and Temple, followed by a year and a half at Teamworks. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.

Stephen Curley, Product Success Manager

Curley brings six years of campus compliance experience at Clemson and Bucknell, followed by joining our Teamworks team over a year and a half ago. He holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in sport management.

Years of combined Teamworks Experience

Teammates coming from legacy ARMS
So let’s read those stats…
  • 71.9 combined years in college athletics and compliance.

  • 24 years, 4 months of combined Teamworks experience.

  • 3 teammates coming from the legacy ARMS product.

  • An average of 5.5 years running a campus compliance office before this team moved on.

  • 83% hold a master's degree, and the one exception carries a law degree instead.

  • Two were D1 scholarship athletes.

  • Six of nine used this product as a customer before they ever supported one.

That last stat might be the most impressive of them all. Most of this team learned Teamworks the way you did: logging in every day, running a compliance office, and relying on the C+R platform do their work. When they tell you something is possible, suggest a use case, or provide a best practice, it's coming from the perspective of someone who has sat in your chair.

Collegiate compliance is a small field, and the team at Teamworks have been in it a long time. That kind of experience is yours to leverage and make sure your compliance office is running as efficiently as possible. If you're not sure your department is getting everything it can out of C&R, that's exactly the question this team exists to answer. Reach out, and dig in with them!
