Negotiate contracts without leaving GM

Contract Review Workflow brings the entire negotiation process into GM. Instead of routing a draft contract through email threads, admins assign reviewers directly in the platform. Reviewers redline, annotate, and propose changes on the document itself through a public link. Admins accept or reject each edit, generate a new version, and send it back out. The cycle repeats until everyone signs off, and every round is recorded in GM automatically.

That means:

• Include reviewers outside your organization, without leaving the platform. Assign an agent, a parent, or an attorney as a reviewer by email, and they redline and propose changes the same way anyone else on the review would. Internal staff can be added too, working from that same review experience.

• Agent review before signing. When an agent needs to be added, easily pull them in right from the Agent Directory.

• Multi-round negotiation. Send updated versions back to reviewers as many times as it takes, until everyone involved has signed off.

• A real audit trail. Every round of feedback and every version lives in GM instead of scattered across inboxes.

• Multi-athlete agreements. Manage separate negotiation tracks for individual athletes within the same agreement, each on its own version.

• A clean handoff to signing. Once reviewers approve, the contract moves straight into the existing signing workflow. No process change, and reviewers get a read-only copy of the final version automatically.

Reviewers can be anyone your process calls for, and agents are often one of them. Agent Directory makes sure the right agent contact is already on hand when it's time to add one as a reviewer.

Agent Directory gives GM a dedicated Agents page where you can search and filter agent records by sport or athlete, and see agency, contact info, and every associated athlete at a glance. Add or update agent-athlete associations right from the Agents page or from inside an athlete's profile drawer. Any agent an athlete has already added themselves in Influencer shows up here automatically, so there's no manual entry required to get started.

The result: when a contract needs an agent's sign-off, that contact is already in GM, ready to add as a reviewer alongside your internal team. No hunting for contact info, no asking the athlete for their agent's email.

Not every agreement is rev share, and GM knows the difference

Rev share deals aren't the only contracts running through GM. Scholarship Agreements gives programs a dedicated workflow for scholarship contracts, separate from rev share. When sending one, you can attach a customizable addendum that pulls package names, award categories, and dollar values straight from the budget, so athletes see exactly what they're signing. Admins choose which fields to show, and multi-year scholarships display each year's details separately.

Keeping scholarship and rev share on their own purpose-built paths, while still living in the same platform, means compliance always knows which type of agreement they're looking at, and athletes always get a contract built for what they're actually signing.
