100 DII Elite Partners: How Alignment Became the Standard

Every August, athletic departments across Division II and III face the same challenge. Eligibility paperwork due at the start of the year collides with the operational demands of a new season, and staff spend September catching up instead of leading. That collision is exactly what Teamworks Elite, which pairs Hub with Compliance + Recruiting, is built to remove. It is a significant reason Division II has now crossed the milestone of 100 partners for Elite, with Division III following closely behind.
Widespread Adoption Across DII and DIII
Division II and Division III athletics have changed considerably over the past several years. Compliance requirements have grown more demanding, recruiting has become more competitive, and student athletes now expect the same level of communication and organization they experience everywhere else in their lives. As that landscape has evolved, Teamworks has grown alongside it, and Elite adoption has followed. What was once a solution embraced by a select group of programs is now the standard path for departments focused on running compliance, recruiting, and daily operations on one connected system.
That pattern is reflected in the results as well. Of the top 20 finishers in the 2025 to 2026 Learfield Directors' Cup Division II final standings, the measure of overall athletic department success across the entire season, 18 are Teamworks Elite partners. Among the full top 50, 46 use at least one Teamworks product. The programs performing at the highest level are not only investing in talent. They are investing in a unified operation to support it.
Division III reflects the same trend, with more than 75 Elite partners of its own and growing. This is not a shift unique to one division. It is a movement taking hold across DII and DIII alike.
It did not take me long to realize the true impact Teamworks would have on our department and institution. One Platform, Not Two Logins
Compliance + Recruiting streamlines and automates the operations that carry real regulatory weight, from recruiting activity and NCAA eligibility to evaluation pipelines and program monitoring, giving departments confidence that they remain eligible and compliant with the NCAA. For the student athlete, that alignment translates into something simpler: one place to go for anything they need. Across Teamworks' more than 250 NCAA partners, student-athletes now generate roughly 18 million logins a month. When that much of an athlete's day runs through one platform, every workflow built into it, including compliance, sees consistent, everyday use.
That consistency carries a business impact as well. Departments running Elite point to the resulting transparency and efficiency as a factor in retaining the student athletes they worked to recruit in the first place. "Because of the Teamworks platform, we have been able to enhance transparency in our communication with student-athletes and staff," said Jim Givens, Athletics Director at Findlay.
