A Unique Perspective: 22 Years and Counting of Dedication to the U.S. Military
Jamie began his journey in the military with four years of dedicated active duty service in the United States Marine Corps. After exiting Active duty, Jamie entered federal civilian service, first serving USMC human performance programs and naturally progressing to a human performance program director role within the Special Operations Command. Jamie has 14 years of government civilian human performance experience and currently serves as a senior enlisted leader for the Marine Corps Reserves.
During his years of federal civilian service, Jamie evolved from a strength and conditioning coach to a human performance director, where he was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary performance team that led research and innovation projects surrounding HP initiatives, which required the use of tech to expand programmatic reach. Reflecting on his experience, Jamie remarked that supporting “the U.S. military’s finest in human performance is an incredibly rewarding challenge.”
After 14 years of civilian government service, Jamie continues to serve in a reserve capacity with the United States Marine Corps. His extensive experience within the tactical community has shown him how technology can enhance training, coaching, and preparing service members for mission success.
