Teamworks Announces Leadership Updates to Fuel Company Growth
DURHAM, NC (November 11, 2021) “ Zach Maurides, CEO and Founder of Teamworks, the operating system for elite athletic organizations, has announced a series of leadership updates across the organization that will improve processes for customers and continue to position Teamworks as the most comprehensive solutions provider in sports technology.
Hilary Lerner has been elevated to Senior Vice President, People & Culture. Hilary takes a progressive approach to innovating the Teamworks culture and continues to drive our company forward, said Maurides. She is tremendous at identifying, recruiting, and retaining people of high talent and character to our team. As we continue to grow our team in 2022 and beyond, Lerner is extremely well positioned to manage this growth.
Corey Richardson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales. The growth weve realized at Teamworks under Coreys sales leadership has been extraordinary, Maurides continued. As he comes up on five years with Teamworks, Corey has led us through an unprecedented year as Teamworks continues to gain market share in college sports and in all major professional leagues in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. We have high expectations for continued growth and have full confidence in Corey and his team to get us there.
Other leadership team promotions include Anna Resman, promoted to Vice President of Strategy & Operations, and Faryn Roy, promoted to Vice President of Customer Success. Finally, John Brewer will join the leadership team as Senior Director of Marketing.
Placing a high priority on product and P&L performance, Maurides has appointed General Managers to oversee each business unit within the Teamworks suite. These leaders will report to Resman and be responsible for optimizing product value propositions to drive usage and engagement with Teamworks customers and end users.

In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Innovation Officer at Teamworks, Jim Cavale will continue to serve as President of INFLCR.
Due to accelerated sales growth, Maurides has also organized Teamworks sales and business development teams by market territory. These territory General Managers will report to Richardson.
